Industry focus and expertise

Brusgaard Consulting was founded by Jens Brusgaard, a 30-year industry veteran, to support the many small and medium-sized companies in the label and packaging industry that do not need or have specific expertise in-house regarding strategic planning, buying or selling a company, setting up production in a low-cost area, management information systems or designing Key Performance Indicators to help them run their daily business. 

Our aim is not to replace your accountant, lawyer or other expert that you turn to for advice but to supplement what they can offer with industry experience and insight, that they often do not have, ensuring the best possible decision making for your company.

​Jens has more than 30 years of experience in the label industry in various functions in finance, operations and general management in companies across Europe, living in Denmark, the UK and the Netherlands along the way. During this time Jens supported many companies with developing strategy, financial analysis, implementing new computer systems, restructuring, setting up manufacturing in Eastern Europe, evaluating start-up in China and participated in a significant number of acquisitions and divestitures of label companies in the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Scandinavia. Most recently he ran his own label company before selling this in early 2016.
